This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between you and us, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Application and Site, the content and computer programs provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. . If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, please stop using the services now. Complaints of any kind including infringement of Intellectual Property Rights may be lodged to us on support@onestopdiscount.co.in

OSD reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without inform to you end. Agreement posted on the Site reflects the latest agreement and you should carefully review the same before you use our app or site.

General

www.onestopdiscount.co.in ('Website') is an internet web portal and OSD a Smartphone Application owned, controlled, managed and operated by M/s Angelo Soft Pty Ltd, having its office at B-404, Akshat Elegence,.Hansol, Ahmedabad-382475, By assessing and using in any ways or otherwise, the web portal www.onestopdiscount.co.in, the Users hereby agree to the following terms and conditions with Angelo Soft Pty Ltd being the owner of the web portal:

The Digital Coupon/Voucher you have got in your OSD app is redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services, or the Merchant. The Merchant is the seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for redeeming any Voucher you have got. M/S Angelo Soft Pty Ltd is not responsible in anyway for the services and goods offer in our platform. User hereby waives and releases Angelo Soft Pty Ltd from any claim, liability, damages, injury etc. from any act/omission of Merchant pertaining to Vouchers/Coupons.

Registration, Use of the website/ OSD App & PROHIBITIONS

Registered OSD digital members can redeem one of the best discount deals around vicinity, create a favourites list of restaurants and rate past experience. You are only allowed to activate one device during your membership for use by the same person. Violation of this clause may result in termination of your membership.

By registering or signing up, you agree to receive offers, deals about best discount and services that may be of interest to you through SMS, Push Notifications, and email.

Registered users' passwords should be kept confidential at all times, and must not be shared or disclosed to anyone. You are responsible for all voucher redemption and activities that occur or reviews are submitted through your account.

Your information will enable us to provide you with access to the best discount around you and notify you nearby location. It will also help us to book your table and contact you when necessary concerning our services. We will also use and analyze the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business for any statistical or analytical purpose.

By using our services, you agree that we may use your information to let you know about other products and services or offers that may be of interest of you including services that may be the subject of direct marketing and we may contact you to do so by post, telephone, mobile messaging (e.g. SMS, MMS, Push Notifications etc.) as well as by email.

If you do not want us to use your data in this way or change your mind about being contacted in the future, please let us know by contacting us or amending your profile accordingly.

We may disclose to third parties aggregate anonymous statistics regarding our customers, sales, traffic analyses and other information regarding or collected through our websites and printed forms. Intellectual Property Rights

www.onestopdiscount.co.in and OSD Application design along with all associated properties, are owned by or licensed to Angelo Soft Pty Ltd , subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Indian Law. The Service is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only. Angelo Soft Pty Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Service other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of Status Submissions of third parties obtained through the Service for any commercial purposes.

Promotions/Dine In Deal Vouchers

Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Dine-in deal Voucher available from the OSD application should be redeemed within the period mentioned in the program year of the deal. Dine-in deals are redeemable only at the partner restaurant mentioned in the deal. By using or attempting to use any deal voucher, you agree specifically to the terms of the Deal Voucher and any additional deal-specific terms advertised in connection with and on the Deal Voucher at the time of use. These rules apply to all Deal Vouchers that we make available. Any attempt to redeem a Deal Voucher in violation of these terms will render the Deal Voucher void.

The Partner Restaurant is the sole issuer of the Deal Voucher and equally responsible for services. Deal Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Unauthorized or unlawful reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Deal Vouchers is prohibited. Pricing related to the Restaurant Deal and products on the site may change at any time in OSD's discretion, without notice.

Other promotions such as coupon codes are offered by OSD and its Partner Restaurants for a certain percentage off of an online order as specified on the face of the Coupon and subject to the terms and conditions as specified by the Partner Restaurant and OSD . By obtaining a Coupon through the OSD application you acquire the right to redeem the Coupon with the Partner Restaurant. As the issuer of the Coupon, the Partner Restaurant shall be fully responsible for any and all liabilities. Coupons have no cash value. OSD does not make any warranty in relation to the Coupons, including without limitation, their validity and/or value.

Review Policy And Restaurant Ratings


OSD reviews and ratings provide an open forum for both reviewers and restaurants to comment on the service experience relating to the order received by the customer/user. The ratings contained on this application are for informational use only and do not constitute any advice or suggestion. Nor should you rely on ratings to make or take any action. Ratings are the opinions of registered members made by such members are those of such members only.

We reserve the right to include or exclude any rating received through this application, and take necessary steps to protect our partner restaurant and customers from any offensive, abusive, hateful, discriminatory or malicious content, including termination of user accounts. OSD will not remove or edit reviews where OSD believes that doing so would breach Consumer laws.

You can only submit a review after you have redeemed a voucher. You can access the review section through application only.

When submitting a review you agree that you will not post any material which includes language that a reasonable person would consider obscene, indecent or offensive, defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful. You will not post a review that contains language that discriminates on the basis of race, religion, age, nationality, gender, sexual preferences etc. You will not post any material that is off-topic, contains baseless or unproven assertions, and constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising.



 You also agree that you have not been solicited in any way to post the review or have no commercial/personal interest or competitive relationship with the restaurant or will declare your relationship or personal interest within the review. OSD reserves the right to edit or remove, without notice, any review which does not comply with our policy.

Indemnity

Users of the web portal www.onestopdiscount.co.in and OSD Application indemnify and hold harmless M/s Angelo soft Pty Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents or representatives against, but not limited to, any/all claims, damages, costs, arising from and/or use of web portal www.onestopdiscount.co.in or any material/content and/or submissions provided by Users and claims by third parties in case of their infringement of material/content/submissions.

Termination

M/s Angelo Soft Pty Ltd at its discretion may terminate the license of the User to use its web portal without notice and to remove/discard any material/content on the web portal. M/s Angelo Soft Pty Ltd reserves the right to change, modify, alter, add or delete provision(s) of the terms and conditions including privacy policy and the updating of such terms and conditions/ privacy policy shall be deemed to be a notice to the Users. Users are asked to view the terms and conditions every time they visit.

1. User Registration/signing up: When you register/ signing up with OSD to redeem offer by filling out the registration form online, we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself. This information may include name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, occupation, gender and credit/debit card number. We will collect personal information such as this only when it has been voluntarily provided by you. We may offer you an option to signing up with OSD through third party websites e.g Facebook, twitter, Gmail Plus, Instagram etc.
2. Restaurant Appraisal Forms: When you complete a restaurant review form as part of your OSD dining experience, we collect contact information such as your name, mailing address, and e-mail address.
3. Cookies/IP Addresses: OSD primary website, www.onestopdiscount.co.in does not collect permanent cookies.

Use of information by OSD :

• We use the information we collect from you in order to provide you with a specific service. For example, we use your contact information (eg. name, address and credit/debit card information), to provide you with, OSD membership you wish to purchase (note: you will not be able to use such services without providing this information).
• We also use your contact information to verify your identity if you wish to renew OSD membership, and to monitor usage of the membership to ensure that it is used in accordance with our Rules of Use.
• We may also use this information to improve our marketing efforts and services, analyse site usage and customise our website's content and layout.
• We may also use this information to notify you of special offers, restaurant updates, discounts, and new products and services related to the purchase of your OSD membership (via e-mail, SMS and other on and off-line communications). • If you provide information to us as part of the restaurant appraisal process, we may use that information to compile aggregate statistics on the appraised restaurant.

Security

We process online customer orders and collect and store personally identifiable information using 128 SSL encryption technology. SSL encrypts the information you input before it is sent to us via the Internet. In addition, all of the customer information we collected on our website is stored on OSD host server which is located in a restricted access area and is password protected.

We store all other material that contains personally identifiable information at our premises. These premises are kept secure at all times. All material received by us containing personally identifiable information is destroyed after 12 months.

Our websites may contain advertisements and links to other websites ("Third Party Materials"). We are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of these Third Party Materials. Our privacy policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from our Websites. Determining your location

The best deal with location, so in order to work, the Services need to know your location. Whenever you open and use/interact with our apps on your mobile device or go to our Site, we use the location information from your mobile device or browser (e.g., latitude and longitude) to tailor the Services experience to your current location (i.e., we'll show you a list of nearby locations, deals). This information is NOT shared in a form that is identified with you with others unless you are using a service that they offer. Also, the Services use your mobile device's ‘background location to provide the Services, including to send you notifications of best deals, campaign, event etc. near you. If you have ‘background location turned on, the OSD app will, from time to time, tell us about your device's location even if you are not directly interacting with the application.
